§2. Data processing rules.
- The controller processes personal data respecting the following principles
- based on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);

- for specific purposes and not „in stock” (minimization);
- no more than necessary (adequacy);
- with care for the correctness of data (correctness);
- no longer than necessary (temporality);

§3. Objectives, legal bases and scope of data processing.

- for contact purposes, to respond to your message sent to us directly by email, via a form, via the Social Media channel or in response to a telephone contact based on the Administrator's legitimate interest in responding to you;

- for information purposes, to provide you with important information regarding the services you use through our Site;
- for the purposes of maintaining a company profile on social media (such as Facebook / Instagram) on terms specified by the owners of the given medium (portal) and informing about our products, promotions and other news regarding our activities, which we consider to be our legitimate interest;
- for technical purposes using cookies (technical cookies), based on the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest related to the proper operation and functioning of the Site;
- for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have agreed to our use of cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);

The data is transferred to us in this way voluntarily. You can change your preferences at any time. You can do this in your web browser or after deleting saved cookies from our Site;

§4. We do not perform automatic profiling on the Site.

- Although we use the advertising systems of our partners (Facebook, Google), the information and data they obtain about your activity on the Site, on the basis of which we can create marketing campaigns, are not automatic profiling, because on their basis we are not able to make decisions regarding you as a specific user (e.g. showing you a specific advertisement). We can only create ads for user groups, based on general statistical data provided by partners. We are unable to make a specific user see the ad we select based on activity data.

§5. Recipients of the data and intention to transfer the data to a non-EEA State or international organisation.

§6. Data retention deadline.
- We are unable to specify a single period for which we will process your data.
- If you have provided us with your data in a message sent by email, telephone, form or through social media where we have our company profiles, we will process your data until you submit a request to delete this data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
